A frozen lake in rural Latvia. Used to be a hot spot for racing on ice till the locals complained about the noise and being afraid for the safety of the drivers on the ice.

After this, police patrols and vigilant locals prevent racers getting on this lake during the winter.

The layout is a made up one and not exact one on the actual lake, but it's expanded.
